License and Usage
Can I use your fonts to create a design I sell?
Yes, with some restrictions. For example, using our fonts to create a design and selling that design to a client is allowed. Selling that same design as a digital file to two or more individuals classifies the design as "Clipart" and is prohibited. Generally, if the intention of the design is to provide the end user with the ability to create their own designs or products utilizing our letters, that usage is prohibited since it isn't fair to the creator of the font. Can I trademark a logo using your fonts?
Yes. The letters themselves may not be trademarked or copyrighted, but your design may be. One well-known example of our fonts being used for a trademarked design is the "DraftKings" logo which uses our LHF Boston Truckstyle font.

Are there royalty fees for using your fonts?
As long as you are using our fonts in accordance with our EULA, there are no additional fees. You pay only single one-time license fee for lifetime usage.

Can I use your fonts on a website?
Yes, with some restrictions. Please feel free to create raster or vector images and use them on your site. If you require webfonts, please contact us for webfont licensing. No additional page-view charges required above the one-time license fee. Applications designed to allow visitors to create their own words or designs using the fonts is prohibited.

Can I use your fonts inside an application?
Yes, with some restrictions. Use of our fonts for menus, logos and display purposes inside the application is permitted. Any application that allows the end user to manipulate the letters is prohibited. For example, an application designed to allow users to create their own words or designs using fonts for which they do not have a license to use is prohibited.

Can I use your fonts in decals or transfers that I resell?
Yes, as long as each physical decals or transfers uses no more than 15 unique letters of any one font as part of a complete design. Any decal or transfer created with the intention to provide the end user with the ability to create their own design is prohibited.

Can I use your fonts to create stencils?
Yes, with some restrictions. You may create stencils for personal use in order to assist you in creating a design, however, you may not sell or redistribute stencils that use our letters.

Can I use your fonts to create clipart?
No. Any digital or physical file distributed to 2 or more individuals or entities for which the purpose is to allow the end user to create a new design or product is prohibited. This is not fair to the creator of the font.

Can I give your font to my designer?
No. Only the licensed purchaser may install and use the font. Third-parties such as designers, printers or publishers requiring the font must secure their own license at a discount. Please contact us so we can help you with this. It may also be possible to embed or create outlines of the font, both of which make it unnecessary for the other party to have a physical copy of the font file.

Can I give your font to my client?
No. Only the licensed purchaser may install and use the font. Third-parties such as clients, printers or publishers requiring the font must secure their own license at a discount. Please contact us so we can help you with this. It may also be possible to embed or create outlines of the font, both of which make it unnecessary for the other party to have a physical copy of the font file.

Can I use the fonts for commercial purposes?
Yes, with some restrictions. We want you to make money using our fonts. Generally speaking, as long as the end user of your design does not have the ability to reuse our letters in a new design, then you are good to go. Please read the complete EULA here.
